What Does Post Construction Testing Involve?

Our testing protocols have been developed in line with the requires in LEED for standards for Indoor Air Quality Assessment and follow these 4 key steps:

Perform an initial analysis to identify potential locations to test in the building
Determine whether a sampling protocol can be used to reduce the number of testing locations identified in the initial analysis
Perform the testing in line with the procedures set out in the LEED standard.
Prepare and issue a detailed post construction testing report that includes a narrative describing procedures and how locations were determined as well as dates and results of each test.

Testing is completed for a wide range of parameters using specialist testing equipment to meet the exacting LEED standards.
